mysql create user

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON `dbName`.* TO 'mysqluser'@'localhost' WITH GRANT OPTION ;

CREATE USER 'new-username'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'new-password';
GRANT ALL ON *.* TO 'new-username'@'localhost' WITH GRANT OPTION;
